The rules of the road.
Lantern is operated by Both Hands, Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada. Questions go to hello@lantern.both-hands.com. Last updated: September 13, 2026.
The service
Lantern is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Plans, prices and what each includes are listed on the pricing section of this site and may change; we will not change what you already paid for mid period. Your plan includes the seats you purchased and no more.
Fair use
An API key is yours to use within your plan's device limit; do not share one key across more devices than your plan allows. Do not scrape or bulk-export the spark library outside normal use of the MCP tools.
What you submit
When you propose a spark or leave feedback, you keep ownership of it. You license it to Lantern to publish it to its intended audience, whether that is a group, an organization, or the public library. We may edit, decline, or remove any submission, and may remove published content that no longer belongs in the library.
Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that abuses the service, shares keys beyond its plan, or otherwise breaks these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. Changes are announced on this site, and continuing to use Lantern after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.
